Godswar Online: Tips, Tricks ( The Importance and Use of Gems)
GodsWar Online is the first fully IGG designed and produced 3D MMORPG. GodsWar was first released as a PC game, that you can download and play. But now, with the help of Facebook, IGG released Godswar Online as a browser-based game. Which immediately catches the attention of Facebook users, and went from zero to hero in days.
GodsWar is very easy to play, because it has a tutorial on your first login or play. It teaches you all the basic things you need to know about the game. At first, you are given with a Newbie Bag, which contains items that will help you level-up fast, from level 1 - 50. The game also includes gifts that you may avail if you played for a certain period of time, which means the longer you play, the more gifts you'll receive. Although the gifts are limited only to the 'pet loyal dog' that you will get as your last gift while playing the game.
Let's start with the Tips and Tricks on playing this game. There are gems that can improve your weapons and armors, like sapphire, ruby, emerald, amethyst and crystals. You will get them on the Newbie Bag and while doing quest or even if your lucky enough your pet might pick it up on the way.
What to do with this gems?? Don't move it yet. This gems are really important later when you are stronger and needs a more powerful weapons and durable armor. What does the gems do? Sapphire, increases the rank of your weapons and armors to the following: Enhanced, Delicate, Good, Superior, Classic, Eternal or even a Perfect Gear. And the best thing about improving your items with sapphire, is that it makes your items glow.
Emerald is a gem that increase the green options that your items already have. With a random amount of 1-10 and increases the grade of your items from 1-10.
Rubies increase the level of your items with the interval of 10, but be careful about upgrading your items, you might upgrade your items too high for your level. While amethyst are very rare and important, because it raises the level of your items to any level you want. But still be careful about upgrading it. Amethyst can be obtained on the newbie bag, and on the event "zeus gift event", but if your lucky enough a boss might drop it.
Crystals meanwhile raises the success rate of forging the items you needed. Because forging higher level items has very little success rate, and crystals can help with that.
I almost forgot, gems has levels generally up to level 3. And depending on the level of gem and level of item, their success rate increases. Sapphires and Emeralds success rate decreases while you are upgrading very high level equipments, causing you to really need crystals even if the gems are level 3. While Rubies and Amethyst differ, because they has a 100% success rate when they reaches level 3. Crystals gets to level 3 too, and they increase the success rate by 2% on level 1, 4% on level 2 and 8% on level 3.
So how to increase the level of your gems? Below your inventory or bag, you will see the forge icon or simply push letter "D" on your keyboard. then you will see the forge window. On the forge window click on the "Material" tab, in there you will see seven empty boxes. The box on the center will be the result of the items you forged while the six boxes that surrounds the center are the boxes you need to fill with the required items. For example, you can put 6 level rubies or any gems to the six boxes and click start. Then all your level 1 gems will be consumed and will result to a level 2 gem. Don't worry about the success rate, because its 100% always. So simply, put 6 level 1 gems and you will get 1 level 2 gem, put 6 level 2 gems and you will get 1 level 3 gem. Except for crystals because they can't be forge to a higher level, why? Don't ask me, I didn't create the game ^_^
